Huck’s Convenience Store New Hire Workflow

Huck’s is a convenience store with over 2,500 employees at more than 125 locations. This is an Email/SMS campaign I set up for all of their new hires.

Upon entering our system through API, the new hire email & SMS is sent to alert the new hire to join their company store. If they don’t join their company store from the initial campaigns they are re-targeted with a follow up email & SMS after a delay of one week.

Here you will see examples of email campaigns drafted by me. I design every element in these campaigns including functionality, graphic elements, copy, and branding.

Within these emails I will create different segments/tags to help support functionality and improve upon key KPI’s.

Implementing A/B testing has helped me improve my copy & email design skills and improve company open and CTR rates while also improving on other key KPI’s.

Forms & Workflows

Blain’s Customer Feedback Workflow

Blain’s is a store that brings in more than $500 million in revenue per year with over 46 locations. This workflow is designed to gauge customer satisfaction and create custom feedback for the store managers and executive’s to improve upon their stores.

The form will automatically send submissions to the respective store managers and filter into a custom dashboard so Blain’s can improve customer experience.

New Hire Workflows

I designed these new hire workflows for our clients that are small enough where an API doesn’t quite make sense yet.

I created company branded forms in which they “submit” their new hires. The automation I set up then takes their submission, creates an internal ticket entry, sends a email to the company new hire, and then creates a CSV file for us to upload into our E-Commerce platform.

The workflows I have set up are 95% more efficient than the old process we had before and eliminate many errors. This has saved the company time & money and has allowed us to scale further.
